On November 29, the 30th QCC Results Presentation Meeting of Haide Shi Group was successfully held. Organized and led by the System Improvement Office of the Quality Management Department, this conference brought together 30 outstanding QCC teams. Leaders from various departments, specially invited judges, QC circle members, and observing colleagues gathered together to jointly witness this annual event celebrating quality improvement and innovative practices.
Gathering Momentum for a New Journey: Unleashing the Wisdom of Everyone
The presentation was chaired by Ms. Xu Jianlan, Head of the System Department. After explaining the rules for QC presentations, Ms. Xu first expressed her gratitude to all departments for their strong support of QC activities and for nurturing numerous outstanding quality control circles, thereby laying a solid foundation for the Group’s QC activities to continue being carried out with high quality. She pointed out that, In an increasingly competitive market, only by continuously enhancing the quality of our products and services and optimizing every aspect of our work can we build an irreplaceable competitive edge. The QCC activities are not merely a methodology for quality management; they also serve as an important platform for tapping into the collective wisdom of all employees and uniting their efforts. They profoundly embody Haide’s corporate culture spirit of “gathering diverse ideas and striving for excellence.”

At the conclusion of the meeting, Deputy Director Wang Xuefeng from the Quality Management Department announced the list of winners and delivered a concluding speech. He sincerely thanked the judges and the participating teams for their hard work and extended his congratulations to the winning teams. Deputy Director Wang pointed out that this round of projects—covering production process optimization, innovation in manufacturing technologies, quality enhancement, and service improvement—fully embodied the collective wisdom and efforts of the teams. These projects not only generated tangible benefits but also accumulated valuable experience for future new product design and quality planning. Moreover, they vividly demonstrated the innovative spirit and relentless pursuit of excellence characteristic of Haide people. Faced with fierce market competition and ever-changing customer demands, he called upon all employees to continue deepening QC activities with unwavering confidence, enthusiastic dedication, and a pragmatic approach, thereby jointly driving the Group’s quality and innovation to new heights.
