Looking back on the journey, our steps are firm and our achievements are abundant.
The year 2025, just past, was truly remarkable. It marked not only the glorious 30th anniversary of the Haideshi Group but also served as the concluding year in our decisive pursuit of the goals set forth in the 14th Five-Year Plan.
This year, we bravely forged a new path.
We have initiated profound organizational transformation, building a process-driven organization centered on business units (business divisions). At the same time, we’ve carried out the separation of the group from its headquarters factory, laying a solid organizational foundation for the next stage of high-quality development.
This year, we have been pioneering and forging ahead.
Through mergers and acquisitions (Shenyang Haideshi, Guangdong Haideshi) and new establishment and expansion (Central-South, Qingdao, Smart Equipment Branch (newly established), Phase II of Hangzhou Haideshi Factory (expanded)), our industrial footprint has steadily expanded from “five locations and eight factories” to “eight locations and twelve factories,” further solidifying our nationwide presence.
This year, we’ve witnessed the Group’s 30th anniversary.
The glory of history and the mission of the future converge at this moment, inspiring us to keep moving forward.
Looking ahead to the entire “14th Five-Year Plan” period (2021-2025), this will be a five-year span during which we will achieve leapfrog development and undergo a transformative systemic shift.

We are not only deep in the strategic waters of this transition but also standing at the cusp of historic opportunities. In this era of profound change, only by proactively embracing change and relentlessly pursuing innovation can we secure our future.
2026 marks the inaugural and foundational year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. Our strategic goals have become even clearer: We are committed to becoming the automotive parts and door systems solution partner of choice for customers in the era of electrification and intelligent mobility!
To this end, we have set the company’s guiding principles for 2026 as follows: [Smart Power Breakthrough, Global Collaboration, Organizational Efficiency Enhancement, and Material Rejuvenation] —— The Happiness Chapter: [Growth].
This is the technological clarion call for securing victory in the future, meaning we must rally our elite forces and achieve breakthroughs in three core technology areas: system design, electric drive and control, and intelligent technologies. We must firmly shift from merely supplying components and assemblies to delivering comprehensive, intelligent door system solutions. This is critical to our market position and long-term competitiveness.
This is a strategic approach to amplifying our strengths, meaning we must more efficiently integrate global resources and expertise—such as those from the HI-LEX Group—while closely aligning an international perspective with deep local engagement, thereby creating synergistic competitiveness that achieves “1+1>2.”
Sustainability is the very foundation for survival. It means that all transformations and optimizations must revolve around creating value and maximizing profits, building a team that is leaner, more agile, and more resilient, and ensuring that every resource is transformed into strategic outcomes.
