R&D Strength
The Engineering Research Institute of Haideshi Group currently has more than 160 R&D personnel, including three resident foreign experts. At the end of 2007, it was awarded the title of “Chongqing Municipal Recognized Enterprise Technology Center,” and in 2020, it was designated as a “Key Laboratory for Industry and Information Technology of Chongqing Municipality.” The institute is responsible for the product design and development of all projects related to Haideshi Group’s transmission systems, lifting systems, and opening/closing systems, and is able to provide customers with comprehensive system-based product solutions. It has repeatedly received prestigious awards from customers, such as the “R&D Contribution Award.”
Industry, academia, and research
The Engineering Research Institute has established long-term partnerships with other R&D centers of the HI-LEX Group. At the same time, it maintains active exchanges and collaborations with Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Technology, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and other institutions, thereby strengthening the integration of industry, academia, and research. The wealth of internal and external resources provides robust support for product technology development.
Future goals
In the future, the Engineering Research Institute will aim to become a world-class R&D center with international competitiveness. We will build a self-reliant R&D team with profound technical expertise, cultivate a first-rate R&D team, and establish cutting-edge development principles. To better meet the needs of China’s rapidly growing automotive industry, we will independently develop high-quality products.
