On May 3, Chongqing TSK Cable Co.,Ltd.(CTC) was officially established.
In the same year,General Manager Zhang Benyan defined the strategic guideline:"Leverage foreign investment,utilize existing assets, deploy multiple breakthrough approaches,and drive integrated development".

In 1996,General Manager Zhang Benyan formulated a five-year strategic roadmap:"Year1:lay the foundation;Year2:build reputation; Year 3: turn losses into profits; Year 4: achieve major growth; Year 5:double results."
1997
Driven by the belief that “the market is right at our feet,” we have established offices in cities including Nanjing, Guangzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, and Xi’an.
1999
A new production line for Accord car window regulators with an annual capacity of 100,000 units and a dedicated production line for automotive cables with an annual capacity of 300,000 units.
2000
For its first capital increase and share expansion, CTC’s registered capital was raised to 6.5 million U.S. dollars, and the total investment amount was increased to 13 million U.S. dollars.
