CTC experienced a serious quality incident involving the substandard rubber material used in the throttle cable CR components of the Shanghai Xindazhou Honda motorcycles. Immediately afterward, the group launched a centralized ERP project. Through corrective actions and optimization efforts, the quality management system was further refined and improved, enabling the company to obtain ISO 14001 international environmental certification and significantly enhance management efficiency.
