2004
CTC experienced a serious quality incident involving the substandard rubber material used in the throttle cable CR components of the Shanghai Xindazhou Honda motorcycles. Immediately following this incident, the group launched a centralized ERP project to further enhance its quality management system and successfully obtained ISO14001 international certification.
2005
Vice Chairman Zhang Benyan proposed the strategic vision of “One Core, Two Wings,” which aims to consolidate the Japanese market while actively expanding into the European and American, Korean, and domestic markets.
