On May 17, Feng Peibin, Li Yunxia, and Zhang Xuechuan went to Wuxi Jixing Auto Parts Co., Ltd. to represent the Hades Group at the 2019 Dongfeng Honda East China Supplier NHC Presentation; after fierce competition, the Hades QC team won unanimous recognition from the judges and participants, achieving first place among all participating groups and winning the 2019 Dongfeng Honda East China Supplier NHC Presentation Gold Award, as well as qualifying for the finals of the Dongfeng Honda NHC Conference.

A good man has three helpers.

The company sent Feng Peibin, Li Yunxia, and Zhang Xuechuan to form the Hades QC team for the competition. The team members share the same qualities - "young, energetic, eager to learn, and willing to execute," and they enjoy working with positive people.

This three-person team, composed of members from different departments, does not often have the opportunity to meet and discuss in their daily work. How to leverage each person's strengths while collaborating in an orderly manner during this presentation is key to the quality of the presentation. Therefore, they agreed to meet after work to discuss and exchange ideas, ensuring they could focus on their daily business.

During the pre-competition preparation phase, Feng Peibin, the director of the manufacturing department's third workshop, was responsible for the topic creativity and material selection, and he worked to enrich the PPT materials based on various opinions. Zhang Xuechuan, the team leader of the third workshop, and Li Yunxia from the HPS department focused on clarifying the structure and honing their practical presentation skills. To showcase their strengths perfectly, the three of them continuously delved into details, modifying the PPT materials over 10 times, meeting together to verify and refine every phrase, tone, and expression to achieve the best state!

Efforts will not betray those who are dedicated.

A total of 40 QC circles from 40 suppliers participated in this presentation conference, held simultaneously in 5 venues. The judges from each venue selected 5 bronze, 5 silver, and 5 gold awards, totaling 15 winners. Ultimately, the QC circle chose the topic "Reducing Defective PPM at the Root of Joints" to represent Hades in the competition. A strong sense of mission motivated the three to strive hard, and the team set a goal of "striving for first place and ensuring three awards." The day before the presentation, to ensure everything was perfect, the two presenters were still confirming details on the plane and while waiting, jokingly saying, "We are even rehearsing in our dreams!"

On the day of the competition, the team performed steadily. Although the topic seemed small, it was logically rigorous and well-supported, explaining profound theories in simple language, complemented by a clear, concise, and smoothly written PPT. Additionally, the seamless cooperation between Li Yunxia and Zhang Xuechuan made the Hades team the only group to receive two rounds of enthusiastic applause from both judges and the audience, and it was the only group in its venue that the judges did not point out any issues. Chief Judge Ma Fengchun from Dongfeng Honda commented, "This is material that even an outsider can quickly understand. Your application of QC methods is very appropriate, and the presentation was excellent!"

This team showcased the energetic spirit of Hades people with their courage to learn and do, their spirit of sincere teamwork, and their strength built up over time, winning another honor for Hades.
