　　Happy New Year, everyone!

　　With the festive atmosphere of the Spring Festival, we welcome the auspicious day of starting work in the lunar new year. Today is the eighth day of the first lunar month, a day of new beginnings, where everything comes to life in spring. At this vibrant start of the new spring, I would like to extend my sincerest wishes on behalf of the company's management team to all the cadres and employees of our subsidiaries across the country and to our Japanese experts! Wishing everyone a happy new spring!

2024 Performance Review

　　The past Year of the Dragon has been a year for us to invigorate the spirit of the dragon and horse, uniting our efforts to overcome challenges.

　　Over the past year, in the face of a complex and severe situation, we have responded calmly, actively sought change, tackled difficulties, and forged ahead, making new solid strides in the development of the enterprise. As the industry faced "involution," we proved our strength with counter-cyclical profit growth; as the international situation changed dramatically, we demonstrated resilience through technology exports to overseas markets. Whether it is the steady expansion of the domestic market or the continuous breakthroughs in international business, the people of Hyde have written our glorious chapter with unwavering will and a pioneering spirit. We have once again proven through hard work that no difficulties can hinder the forward march of the people of Hyde, nor can they obstruct our struggle for survival and development.

2025 New Outlook

　　Today, we stand at the intersection of three historical coordinates: this is the decisive year for the conclusion of the "14th Five-Year Plan," the year of planning for the "15th Five-Year Plan," and the year of Hyde's thirtieth anniversary! Thirty years ago, we embarked on our journey with the original intention of "benchmarking against global leading levels and building a world-class enterprise with international competitiveness"; thirty years later, we shoulder the mission of "building a century-old foundation" and define the future with three strategic business lines!

　　Employee friends, history never favors those who cling to the old ways; opportunities always belong to those who dare to break the mold! When we break through the cocoon of conventional thinking, we can see the stars and the sea; when we rejuvenate organizational vitality, it will surely inspire great ambition; when we reshape our value coordinates, we will open up new horizons; when we complete the elevation and reconstruction, we will surely forge a lasting foundation!
