According to national regulations and in conjunction with the company's production situation, the arrangements for the 2025 Spring Festival holiday and related matters are as follows:
1. The holiday is from January 27 to February 4, 2025, with January 28 to January 31 being statutory holidays. January 25 and January 27 will be swapped, meaning January 25 (Saturday) will be a working day, and January 27 will be a holiday; January 26 will be a working day, and any absence during this time will be offset using annual leave or other means. During this holiday period, the workshop, engineering, and quality-related departments should make work arrangements based on production tasks, and relevant departments should make duty arrangements accordingly.
2. Before the holiday, all departments should conduct safety inspections and turn off the power of office equipment (such as computers, printers, water dispensers, etc.) and close doors and windows.
3. Middle management and above should ensure communication is smooth for emergency contact.
