The first session of the "Fire Training Camp" for mid-to-senior management personnel at Haideshi successfully concluded.

2019Year11Month29-30On the 29th-30th, the graduation defense and ceremony of the first session of the "Fire Training Camp" for mid-to-senior management personnel at Haideshi was successfully held at the education and training center on the fourth floor of Haideshi headquarters.

This training started on4Month25and the trainees included a total of48people, who are the directors of various centers and department heads of the group.500Using weekends, external experts, scholars, and senior executives from strong enterprises were invited to teach courses such as "Management Roles and Positioning", "Problem Analysis and Resolution", "Effective Communication", "HR Management for Non-HR", "Financial Management", "Change Management", and "Growth Enterprise Strategy and Competitive Strategy".9These courses were supplemented with flexible and diverse measures such as "group discussions", "assignment sharing", "practical manual tracking", "mentor interviews", and "thesis writing and defense" to ensure the training effects were implemented and assessed. Under the supervision and guidance of corporate mentors appointed by the group leaders, all trainees actively interacted with the teaching experts, enthusiastically asked questions, engaged in heated discussions, and explored practices, demonstrating a passionate and keen learning initiative and a pragmatic and enterprising learning style.

In particular, all trainees applied what they learned in the courses to their departmental management practices, writing papers that averaged over48words, covering multiple aspects such as strategic recommendations, communication, business improvement, team management, and technological innovation, contributing numerous wise outcomes for the future development of the enterprise.8000During the two-day graduation defense session, Chairman Zhang Benyan was specially invited to provide guidance on-site, and a team of internal and external mentors led by General Manager Zhang Ping conducted a hundred-point evaluation of the trainees' papers.11The top three papers selected based on scores were "On HR Management during the Strategic Transformation and Upgrade of Enterprises", "Improving Cost Competitiveness", and "The Impact of Team Members' Personalities on Team Performance", which were awarded as "Outstanding Papers".At the same time, based on this, the daily attendance, assignment submissions, practical effects, and thesis defenses of all trainees were comprehensively scored to select five "Outstanding Trainees" including Gu Zhefai, Yao Qiuni, Bai Dongmei, Yin Huifang, and Li Kailiang for recognition and rewards.At the graduation ceremony, General Manager Zhang Ping delivered a speech titled "Gathering Hearts and Wisdom, Knowing and Acting as One, and Moving Forward Together", stating that the submitted thesis materials are indeed the "priceless treasure" of the enterprise, a testament to historical development, a spark of thought inheritance, and a true insight into adapting to the changes of the times. He fully praised the energetic vitality and positive motivation of Haideshi managers and expressed the expectation of advancing further towards the goal of "building a learning organization" in the coming year.

Chairman Zhang Benyan participated in the defense activities and graduation ceremony throughout, and on behalf of the board of directors, he expressed his wishes for the young and middle-aged cadres of Haideshi. Chairman Zhang highly summarized the significance of this event, calling it "an excellent practice to enhance the four capabilities and a sense of mission of the cadres, transforming theory into reform and innovation results", urging the new generation of managers to fully comprehend the connotation of "the simplest path" and improve their ability to "grasp the main contradictions within limited resources"; as the backbone of the enterprise, to fully understand the significance of "grasping the essence", to conduct practical and realistic demonstrations, to fully grasp the management philosophy of principles, and to adhere to innovative thinking and the professional requirements and earnest hopes of a "prefer the clumsy over the clever" attitude.2020At the graduation dinner, outstanding trainees fully expressed their joy and excitement about their gains, stating that the sea of learning is boundless, and today's graduation is just the beginning of the next "integration of knowledge and action" test.
