——Haideshi Group "Organizational Management Status Reflection and Exchange Meeting"
On the morning of November 16, the Haideshi Group "Organizational Management Status Reflection and Exchange Meeting" was successfully held at the fourth-floor education and training center. A total of 53 debaters, including all leaders, senior executives at the director level from Haideshi's subsidiaries, and all participants from the 2019 Fire Training Camp, brought us intense debates. Leaders from Haideshi Group served as expert judges for the debate, and nearly 30 mid-to-senior level management representatives from three brother companies under Lirong Group, namely Yazaki Instruments, Yongrenxin Medical Devices, and Chuangyuan Instruments, were invited to observe the event to promote communication and learning.
This debate activity was based on the "Comparative Analysis of Major Organizational Structures in Enterprises" from the course "Responding to Change and Managing Change". Participants evaluated the external situation faced by enterprises and the internal operational status on a hundred-point scale, and based on the scores, three groups of debaters and their main viewpoints were determined. The debate consisted of three rounds: opening statements, cross-examination, and summary clarification. On the debate stage, 60 sub-arguments were powerful, and 30 instances of cross-examination were impactful. Debaters eloquently expressed their insights and experiences related to their business essence, sparking intellectual exchanges. The three rounds of debate were closely contested, with the intensity of the competition remaining high, fully demonstrating the mid-to-senior level managers of Haideshi Group's keen attention to and analytical thinking on industry situations, confirming their solid accumulation and practice in business management. The exciting debate feast inspired the expert judges present, winning rounds of applause from the observation group. In the end, Group C, with the main viewpoint of "Both internal and external situations present severe challenges, and innovation and reform cannot be delayed," won the title of Best Debate Team.
After the match, General Manager Zhang Ping provided a summary and comments on the entire competition, expressing his deep appreciation and praise for the vast number of cadres' efforts in "gathering wisdom and planning for the future," and proposed management requirements for mid-level managers: "Recognize the intense changes among external finance, social development, and industry transformation, return to a customer-centered approach, establish QCD competitive advantages, effectively manage risk prevention, and supervise system construction, striving to truly build an internationally first-class enterprise."
Chairman Zhang Benyan, on behalf of Lirong Group, delivered an important speech titled "Be Prepared in Times of Peace, Thinking Leads to Preparation, and Preparation Prevents Misfortune," highly praising the intention, planning, and positive role of Haideshi Group in organizing the entire competition, calling it an "experience exchange meeting for the three highs and four innovations talent policy" and a "verification defense meeting for the construction of four capabilities and sense of mission." Chairman Zhang encouraged mid-to-senior level management cadres from three perspectives: "Learn to correctly understand oneself, scientifically assess the external environment, and properly handle essential contradictions," urging everyone to view the changes faced in development and the rational return of the industry objectively, to correctly navigate current contradictions and problems with innovative breakthrough thinking, and to lay a solid foundation for the next round of industry initiation and the vigorous path of Lirong and Haideshi.
