On June 23, Minister Wei Jiang of the Manufacturing Department, Director Feng Peibin of the Third Workshop, and Li Yunxia from the HPS Promotion Department, along with three others, attended the Dongfeng Honda 2019 NHC Group Achievement Presentation Conference. The Third Workshop's cohesion circle represented the company with the topic "Reducing Poor PPM of Overflow at the Root of Die-Casting Joints." The theme of this conference is "Wisdom Gathering Innovation for 15 Years," with 80 groups from Dongfeng Honda's first, second, and third factories, and 8 suppliers, totaling 88 groups participating. Dongfeng Honda's General Manager Natsume Tatsuya and other senior leaders, including vice presidents, attended the meeting. The conference was divided into 11 venues for simultaneous presentations, with a total of 11 gold, silver, and bronze awards.

In order to accelerate the cultivation of talents in the company and improve employees' professional quality, on May 14, the opening ceremony of the 2019 Japanese training program of Haideshi Group was successfully held. Based on personal recommendations and departmental recommendations, a total of 13 key production technology personnel were selected to participate in this training session. The training is specially taught by Li Wenling, a senior business Japanese lecturer with rich teaching theory and practical experience. The training period lasts from May 2019 to September, with classes held every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, totaling 4 class hours per day for a total of 280 class hours in a semi-part-time training format. The training content includes the fifty sounds chart, basic grammar, daily conversation, work conversation, and industry-specific topics.
