In this harvest season, all employees of Hangzhou Haideshi are filled with excitement and gratitude as they welcome the long-awaited Ford Q1 flag presentation ceremony. On September 19, 2018, Mr. Chen Lei, the STA Director of Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd., and Mr. Wang Hongxin, an STA engineer, specially visited Hangzhou Haideshi to present the Q1 medal and award the Q1 flag.
 
 
 
　　At the Q1 flag presentation ceremony, Director Chen Lei of Changan Ford delivered a speech on behalf of Ford Motor Company and Changan Ford. He stated that Q1 is Ford's system requirement for suppliers and a benchmark for excellent quality in global automotive parts companies. Achieving Q1 is the result of the management and all employees of Hangzhou Haideshi valuing quality and working hard. He hopes that the Hangzhou Haideshi team will continue to work hard, forge ahead, and continuously pursue process and quality improvement to create greater value for customers.
 
　　Mr. Xie Laien, General Manager of Hangzhou Haideshi, stated in his speech: "Achieving Q1 is thanks to the careful guidance of the leaders and experts of the STA team led by Director Chen of Changan Ford, the support from the Haideshi Group headquarters, and the hard work of all employees of Hangzhou Haideshi.
