  On the morning of September 7, Haideshi Group held a special lecture on "Corporate Labor Legal Risk Prevention," attended by more than 110 people, including group leaders and middle management personnel. The aim was to further enhance the labor legal awareness of management personnel, prevent corporate labor legal risks, and solidify the legal foundation for building harmonious labor relations.
 
  Today's lecture was delivered by Lawyer Chen Yu, a senior partner and deputy director of Chongqing Baijun Law Firm, and an expert in labor law. Lawyer Chen provided a systematic and in-depth professional explanation from three directions: the value orientation of current labor law, the employment risks faced by enterprises, and overall plans and relief ideas. He covered eight aspects, including labor relations, recruitment/appointment, signing labor contracts, performing labor contracts, terminating/dissolving labor contracts, labor dispatch and part-time employment, analysis of the five major social insurance difficulties, and handling labor dispute conflicts, with typical case sharing closely related to the theme and vividly presented.
